BOOKING POLICY
To secure your reservation, we kindly request a deposit of 40 AED at the time of booking. This deposit will ensure your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you.
We value your time as well as the time of our other clients. If you need to cancel your appointment, we offer a full refund if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us an opportunity to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
However, please note that if you fail to show up for your appointment without providing any prior notice, we regret to inform you that the deposit will be non-refundable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but this policy allows us to optimize our services and better serve all of our clients.
